Beauty Haul + 10,000 Hits Giveaway

IMG_3085 IMG_3073 IMG_3082 IMG_3083

Last week I decided to do a little beauty shop at Superdrug. I rarely post my hauls so I thought it would be nice to show you guys what I bought instead of doing a YouTube video! It's nice to switch things up a bit now and again...

I wanted to try out something different in terms of skin care, so I went into Superdrug intent on picking up some new bits to add to my collection. Their B brand has always intrigued me so I thought I'd give them a go. Now my skin is very oily so I wasn't up for trying anything that might upset the balance, so I went for this eye cream and also the night cream. I've only used them once so I can't say for sure what they're like, I find things take a good week to settle in with me, but first impressions are good; nice scent, not too strong, and my skin felt soft in the morning; just what I'm after! If either of them blow me away anytime soon I'll be sure to do an individual review for you.

Now it's onto new lipsticks. I'm loving the formula of the Makeup Revolution and MUA ones at the moment! Plus they are £1 each?! That's ridiculously good value for money and I can assure you you're not getting a bad quality product either. I wanted to get some more autumnal colours so opted for these purple and pink combos. I've not yet tried them all but I did swatch them when I got home. Safe to say I was really impressed with the pigmentation and the shades!

Last up we have nail varnishes! Anyone who knows me well will tell you, I never step foot into a drug store without buying myself a new nail varnish! I went for MUA and Makeup Revolution this time. I've used the MUA ones and they are really good (£1 each too?!) but I've never tried the Makeup Revolution ones; I'll keep you posted on how good they are!

Now I'll move onto my blog only giveaway! As some of my readers may know, I managed to reach the 10,000 hits milestone last week on the Dizzy Miss Lizzy blog. That's a huge deal for me, because I never thought people would want to visit my little part of the Internet once, let alone 10,000 times! To say thank you to everyone for helping reach this milestone I wanted to give something back, so I'm giving away the following:

MUA Eyeshadow Palette - Undressed
I haven't tried this palette from MUA yet but I have got a few of their other ones and they are amazing! This looks like the perfect autumn eyeshadow collection to me; some perfect party shades for Christmas too!

MUA Nail Varnish - Fever Red
I love dark red nail varnishes for autumn! This one was by far my favourite out of all the darker shades in their collection, so I just had to grab it and add it to my giveaway!

Makeup Revolution Lipstick - Rebel with Cause
I really wanted to get the MUA lipstick in Shade 1 but they were all sold out! But this one looks gorgeous too! It's a really vampy purple, perfect for autumn nights out.
